NO Refunds / No Cancellations. Only available If I make a mistake on my end with your order.

NO returns / NO exchanges. Only acceptable if the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item (MUST send videos or pictures for proof).

If there is a problem with your order, you MUST contact me within a 24 hour time period after recieving your order.

Business processing time is 2-4 business days (Weekends & Holidays are excluded).

Any item noted as * PRE-ORDER * means it can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive after its processing time. Different items may have different processing times. Processing times for *preorder items* will still apply even if you pay for express shipping or purchase " RUSH MY ORDER ".

If your package is returned back to me for incorrect address details, you WILL have to pay the reshipment fee of $5. After 30 days with no contact or response, the item will be resold on the website. No Refunds.

I am NOT responsible for lost, damanged, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact USPS and give them the tracking number that was provided on the order. You are eligible to submit a claim with USPS or UPS if your item has arrived damanged or stolen.
